These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from City Stoppers.
Payment Options
Note: All prices quoted on City Stoppers are in Australian dollars. ($AUD)

City Stoppers accepts Visa and Mastercard and electronic bank payments. All transactions are processed via a 128bit encrypted secure PayPal terminal ( ). WE DO NOT STORE OR HAVE ANY ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!.

Delivery
National Customers
Regular Post
Regular Post = Delivered within 1 - 6 Working days.
Registered Post
Registered Post = Delivered within 1 - 6 working days with Insurance covering the full cost of the goods.
Express Post
Express Post = Next Business Day Delivery. Location Depending, Visit Australia post to find out more.
International Customers
Air Mail
International Air Mail = Delivered between 3 - 10 working days to over 200 countries.
Express Courier
Express Courier International = Delivered between 2 - 4 working days to over 190 countries.
Note : International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destinations countries duty and customs fees. City Stoppers does not guarantee these delivery times.
Orders
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by City Stoppers.
City Stoppers may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes
made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If City Stoppers
requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by
giving notice to City Stoppers, which must be received within seven
days of the announcement of the increase.
City Stoppers or its agent will deliver the items you order to the
address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame,
subject to their availability. When the items are not available, you
will be notified of this by City Stoppers as soon as possible. Anyone
at the delivery address who receives the items will be presumed by City
Stoppers to be authorised to receive the package.
If your items include products in respect of which the law prescribes a
minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such
other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure
that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the
goods. City Stoppers may refuse to deliver the goods if the person
receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof
of age.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age
to receive and pay for the order, City Stoppers may charge you
additional delivery fees.
Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
Returns & Refunds
A replacement, store credit or refund will be issued in the following circumstances*:
*In accordance with Trade Practices Act
If the goods supplied do not comply with the description given.
Evidence must be provided, and goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
If the items are not of ‘merchantable quality’
Items are of “merchantable quality” if they are as fit for the purpose or purposes for which product of that kind are commonly bought and it is reasonable to expect having regard to any description applied to them, the price and all other relevant circumstances.
NOTE: This does not apply if the relevant defect was specifically drawn to the customer's attention prior to sale.
Evidence must be provided, goods must be 'as new' with tags still attached etc., and must be returned within 7 days
of receiving them.
In the situation where items do fall under the conditions stated above, they can be returned, and the full cost of the item, including postage and handling will be reimbursed as either:
Credit in a monetary form
Replacement items (if a replacement is available), or
A store credit
It is essential that we be notified within 7 days of recieving the goods before any return/refund can be processed.

We understand that there will be cases where items don't fit or the colours might not match your kicks as well as you thought so make sure you email us within 7 days and we will sort something out. In cases where you are not happy with the product due to changing your mind still email us as we assess each email on a case by case basis.
Prices & Payment
For each online order, you must pay: the applicable price for the
relevant goods confirmed by City Stoppers; and the delivery and
handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Your order and
credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card
information provided are avaliable to City Stoppers. All Credit Card payments are made through a secure PayPal terminal and is encoded using Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it
travels over the Internet.
At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated in
the Orders & payment section of this web site.
Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
Your Account
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name
and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by
an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify City
Stoppers in connection with any use (whether authorised or
unauthorised) of your user name or password. City Stoppers may suspend
or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
Pictures
City Stoppers aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the items
on this web site. However, our pictures of the product may differ from the
actual items.
Privacy
City Stoppers values your privacy, and as such, the collection of any personal information is taken with extreme care.
Any personal information that is collected on the City Stoppers website is necessary for the function of City Stoppers.
City Stoppers will not disclose any personal information to any third parties.
City Stoppers takes all the necessary steps to ensure that any personal information collected is held securely in electronic and hard copy form.
Liability
Any liability of City Stoppers in connection with goods or services
supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for
breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the
maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of City Stoppers be
limited to:
in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the
payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Changes To Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the
order is placed. City Stoppers may add to, delete or otherwise change
these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to
read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an
order.
Applicable Law
All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.
